Phyna reacts after Chichi sues her with N100 million lawsuit over defamation of character
After her estranged colleague Chichi slapped her with a N100 million lawsuit for defamation of character, BBNaija 2022 winner Phyna responded on social media.
Phyna made a number of accusations against Chichi at the recently concluded BBNaija 2022 “Level Up” reunion, which in turn sparked a number of online responses.
During the reunion, Phyna and Chichi got into a fight, and Phyna could be heard calling Chichi names and hurling insults at her.
Phyna was heard age-disgracing Chichi as she depicts her as a “mother of two with one deserted and one dead”. She likewise blamed her for harming her companion in Cyprus prior to getting back to Nigeria.
After that, Chichi filed a lawsuit against Phyna through her lawyers, who outlined some of her comments and characterized them as false, libelous, and harmful to her brand.
Phyna has been requested to freely apologize to Chichi and withdraw all she said during the gathering.
Chichi responds by posting pictures of herself in a new outfit, demonstrating that she is unperturbed by Chichi’s decision to sue her for N100 million.
Phyna interrupts her silence and also disparages Chichi by accusing her of being envious of her.
As Phyna wrote, “Even the stars are jealous of the sparkles.”
