Chioma Rowland, soon-to-be wife of music sensation Davido, recounted the delightful surprise of her bridal shower, orchestrated by her fiancé.
Videos from Chioma’s bridal shower surfaced on Sunday night, capturing her joyous reaction to the unexpected event. In one clip, she narrated how Davido cleverly deceived her into thinking they were going for a dinner date, only to reveal it was her bridal shower.
Chioma recounted, “Let me tell you a story. I know this is an event centre and David said we were going to eat. He was trying to get the exact location and when we got outside, he asked somebody something and I said, ‘This is not a restaurant. I’m hungry, I want to eat.’ Then I saw balloons, I just started screaming.”
The couple’s wedding is scheduled for June 25 in Lagos, as confirmed by Davido recently. The release of their pre-wedding photos on Sunday further ignited excitement across social media platforms.
Davido has emphasized that attendance at their wedding will be strictly by invitation, ensuring a private celebration for their special day.
