APC Chieftain Criticizes Deceit Among Party Leaders in Abia, Emphasizes Need for Unity

Dr. Uche Sampson Ogah, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, has raised concerns about the prevalence of deceit among party leaders in Abia State. Speaking after an enlarged meeting of Abia APC stakeholders in Umuahia, Ogah highlighted the detrimental impact of dishonesty on the party’s electoral prospects.

Ogah emphasized the importance of peace and sincerity within the party, asserting that without unity, progress would be unattainable. He underscored the need for leaders to prioritize honesty and transparency in their dealings with the people, emphasizing that genuine sincerity would propel the party forward.

According to Ogah, the lack of sincerity among most leaders has been a significant impediment to the party’s growth and success in Abia State. He urged party leaders to prioritize inclusivity and dialogue, stressing the importance of addressing issues openly and honestly to foster unity and progress.

As a former gubernatorial candidate of the APC in Abia State, Ogah called for greater cohesion among party members and leaders. He emphasized the role of effective leadership in bringing stakeholders together and facilitating constructive dialogue to address challenges and move the party forward.

In addition to addressing internal party issues, Ogah commended the developmental strides of the President Bola Tinubu-led Federal Government. He praised the government’s efforts in improving the country’s economy, expressing optimism about Nigeria’s future under Tinubu’s leadership.

Ogah’s remarks highlight the significance of unity, sincerity, and effective leadership in driving the APC’s electoral prospects in Abia State. As the party continues its efforts to strengthen its presence and influence in the state, addressing internal challenges and promoting transparency will be crucial for its success.
