Nigerian Afrobeat performer Asake has break another new record with his “Work Of Art” album, outperforming the past record by Davido’s “Timeless”.
The album is currently the most streams in the second period of the year 2023, with over 24.4 million on-demand streams and still counting.
The musician included an image with the caption, “Work Of Art” sets a new record for the biggest total streams by an album in the second week of 2023,” as well as the total number of times the song was streamed on major streaming platforms.
During the week of June 23-29, it recorded 24.4 million on demand; passing through the 23.8 million timeless streams
