Big Brother Naija star and actress Victoria Iye, popularly known as Vee, has announced her decision to stop hugging people. Vee explained her decision on social media, attributing it to the rising cost of deodorant.
Vee shared her concerns on her X handle, stating, “I’m not hugging anyone until the price of deodorant goes down. Some of you weren’t using it when it was 1k, God help us now that it’s 5k.” She expressed her discomfort with people who did not use deodorant even when it was affordable, and now with its price increase, her apprehension has grown.
In addition to her concerns about deodorant, Vee also lamented the escalating prices and maintenance costs of wigs. She said, “I’m getting tired of wigs. The prices, the maintenance, the heat. It’s all too much for me right now.”
