BREAKING: JAMB Releases 2023 Cut-off Mark For Universities, Polytechnics
For the upcoming academic years of 2023 and 2024, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the admission criteria for Nigerian universities.
According to Gist legit, JAMB set the admission mark for universities at 140 points and for polytechnics at 100 points.
The change came as a result of an ongoing meeting on admission policy that was held in Abuja and was led by David Adeho, the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Education.

The examination body explained that while each institution is free to set its own thresholds, none of them are required to have a minimum score of 140 for the University, 100 for the Polytechnic Institute, or 100 for the Faculty of Education.
