Deyemi Okanlawon, an actor in Nollywood, proposed once more to his wife, Damilola, as they celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary.
The actor posted a video online that shows him kneeling to ask her for a second marriage.
Adeyemi, kneeling and holding a box containing a ring, said,
‘’It’s been 10 beautiful years, we have got two beautiful boys. I didn’t really know what I was saying will you marry me? I didn’t know what Will you marry me meant’. I didn’t know that it meant will you journey with me? Would you do battle with me? We may go against the world together, would we dream together? Would we live together? Cry together , do everything together. And so today, ten years later, I am going to ask the question again, ‘’will you say yes again?”
His sad spouse said ‘OK’ and he slipped the ring into her hands.
He went with the video with subtitle; ” 10 years and many lessons later my beautiful bride I still really don’t know much but I know I love you and I’m grateful to God for leading me to you. Oh and thank you for loving a reformed trouble maker like me! 😁♥️.”
