FA Cup Final: Ray Parlour Calls on Casemiro to Step Up for Man Utd
Former Arsenal star Ray Parlour has identified Casemiro as a crucial player for Manchester United in their upcoming FA Cup final against Manchester City.
Man United are set to face their Premier League rivals at Wembley Stadium this Saturday.
Parlour, speaking via Mirror, expressed skepticism about United’s chances against Pep Guardiola’s formidable side. “I can’t see past City. They know how to get the job done. They were always going to win the league,” he said.
Highlighting the importance of individual performances, Parlour emphasized Casemiro’s role: “Casemiro has played in massive games and you’d expect him to stand up. He has to have a really good game if United are to win. It’s easier now. But they know what this is all about and I expect Casemiro to step up and show he can still be the man.”
The Brazilian midfielder’s experience and leadership will be key if Manchester United are to challenge City and secure the FA Cup title.
