- Grow and retain unit (Team)
- Collaborate with Agency Business Managers in the recruitment of Financial advisors
- Drive all unit renewals in collaboration with FAs.
- Report all unit issues to Agency Business Manager
- Generate unit weekly report
- Mentorship and Team building
- Collaborate with BM to generate a worksite for Unit F.As.
Requirements
- All candidates must have 1-year minimum experience in Insurance.
Salary
N1280,000 / month.
