The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) unveiled a brand-new fuel price template in the Nigeria.
This is because the NNPCL increased the price of Premium Motor Spirit at the pump by more than 200 percent, from N488 to N557 per liter.
According to the new price template seen by Gistlegit and allegedly sent to oil marketers by NNPCL management, the new price template should take effect on May 31.
The template predicted that fuel would cost N488 per liter in Lagos, while prices at the pump in Maiduguri and Damaturu are the highest, at N577 per liter.
In the meantime, only NNPCL retail locations are eligible to use the new fuel price template.
