Job Title: Quality Auditor

Reports to: Head of Quality
Role Description
The Quality Manager in charge of the respective section will determine whether a dedicated audit team or a single auditor is required, based on the complexity of the Quality Assurance Programme. Regardless, the chosen auditor or audit team must possess relevant operational and/or maintenance experience.
For Air Peace Ltd.’s Quality System, auditors are selected based on their technical qualifications and relevant operational and/or maintenance experience. They are responsible for conducting evaluations using control checklists to:
- Identify and document any findings and concerns.
- Gather objective evidence to substantiate these findings or concerns.
- Determine and recommend solutions for the identified issues.
- Provide a reasonable timeframe for resolving the findings or concerns.
The respective Quality Supervisors are responsible for conducting quality control on audits performed by assigned auditors. They ensure that the checklist is completed, non-conformities are raised for all identified findings, and the effective implementation of QSM 3.0 is maintained. Auditors, in coordination with the respective Quality Supervisors, monitor the implementation and progress of remedial actions. They also follow up on assigned audits in a timely manner and report the results to the respective Quality Supervisors.
Assigned Quality Auditors have the authority to access relevant parts of the company and subcontractor premises at any time or as required.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting independent quality audits using checklists for the Department/Section to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to standards.
- Reporting all findings to the audited Department/Section and the Quality Manager.
- Collaborating with departmental/sectional heads to determine the root cause(s) of each finding, develop corrective action plans, and implement necessary measures.
Qualification and Experience
Quality Auditor – Technical:
- Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) with airframe and powerplant or avionics type ratings OR possess a minimum of 3 years of aviation/engineering experience.
- Proficiency in written and oral English.
- Completed quality system training and internal quality audit training.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
Flight Operations Quality Auditor:
- Licensed CPL/APTL pilot, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, cabin crew, or Dispatcher.
- Completed quality system training and internal quality audit training.
- Experience in Flight Operations, Crew Training, Cabin Services, Operational Control & Flight Dispatch, OR a minimum of 3 years of working experience in aviation.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
Ground Operations Auditor:
- Expertise in Ground Operations OR a minimum of 3 years of aviation/engineering/ground operations experience.
- Proficiency in written and oral English.
- Completed quality system training and internal quality audit training.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
