Ruger, a dancehall superstar in Nigeria, has sparked online outrage after a recent post suggested that he sometimes takes a spiritual approach to certain issues.
A video of the Asiwaju singer praying with his face touching the ground was posted to his Instagram stories.
As per Ruger, he because imploring was so God can show his fans vision in their rest about when he expects to deliver new music.
The music mogul could be seen bowing around the dining area in the video, giving the impression that he was getting ready to eat before the recording started.
Ruger captioned:
“I’m trying to beg God to minister to my fans in their sleep and tell them when I’m releasing new music”. the singer said.
His video set off blended responses as some blamed him for involving God’s name to no end and others said he was doing it in view of the superioty fight with colleague, BNXN (previously Buju).
