Reports from GISTLEGIT earlier indicated that a helicopter carrying President Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian was involved in a hard landing while on a visit to a northern region. Regrettably, both individuals were confirmed deceased by local media outlets.
In response, President Tinubu, through his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, issued a statement on Monday expressing deep sympathy to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
President Tinubu lamented the distressing loss, highlighting President Raisi’s fervent dedication to Iran’s advancement and progress.
