A hardworking Nigerian chef known as Hilda Effiong Bassey, widely referred to as Hilda Baci, has pledged to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time by a person.
The determined individual is well on her way to accomplishing this goal.
A video captured the touching moment the lady rushed out of the kitchen after being given thirty minutes to rest her head.
Hilda had announced her intention to cook for four days and four nights to beat Chef Lata London’s 2019 record of 87 hours and 45 minutes in Rewa, India.
As she had always aspired to set a world record, Hilda said that achieving this feat would fulfill her five-year dream.
The event began on May 11 at Amore Gardens in Lekki, Lagos, and Hilda has cooled for more than 60 hours as of this writing.
