President Muhammadu Buhari has officially initiated the Dangote petroleum refinery in Lagos, Nigeria’s business city.
On Monday, the 19-billion-dollar refinery that is anticipated to transform Nigeria’s energy sector was opened in Lagos, the nation’s commercial city.
