HR/Admin Officer

  • Salary Range₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month

Activity Summary

Responsible for smooth running of the Office and provide Administrative and HR Support.


Office Management

  • Support in the Management of Company Assets, Office Supplies Including Inventory & Purchasing.
  • To be the First point of contact for general enquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for Managers
  • Preparation of reports, analysing data, and provide/process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services.
  • Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
  • Perform operational procedures and practices, recordkeeping systems, forms controls, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Perform skilled and responsible administrative works

Human Resources

  • To ensure accurate and up to date maintenance of employee files and database
  • To assist with recruitment process, co-ordinate and oversee employees on-boarding
  • To assist in payroll preparation by collating relevant data
  • Collaborate with HR Executives to resolve employee queries, concerns and conflicts
  • Carryout other duties assigned by the HR Manager.


  • OND/HND/BSC in industrial and Labour Relations/Business Management/ or relevant degree.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Other relevant program is an advantage
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
